Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Popeyes, you play a key leadership role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the team delivers high standards in food quality, service, and sanitation while fostering a positive work environment for team development.

  • Assist the RGM in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure top-tier food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Guide and support team members, promoting a positive work culture and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Uphold Popeyes brand standards to ensure consistent and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training programs, and performance reviews to meet operational goals.
  • Assist in inventory management, purchasing, and cost control to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to contribute to the restaurant's success.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles is preferred.
  • A strong interest in improving customer service and fostering teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is an advantage.
