Job Summary:

As a Shift Leader at Popeyes, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding guest experience through the spirit of Cajun hospitality. You will greet each customer with a smile, ensure their order is perfect, and lead your team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, accurately record orders, and express gratitude for their business.
• Prepare and package food and drink orders to meet Popeyes' quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures throughout shifts to ensure freshness and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with unloading shipments and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Arrive on time for all assigned shifts, ensuring reliable and consistent attendance.
• Exhibit integrity and honesty in all actions while upholding Popeyes' core values.
• Support your team by working flexibly across various stations to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and coworkers.
• Eagerness to learn and take on different responsibilities in restaurant management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and frequently handling loads up to 15 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, kneeling, stooping, and bending throughout shifts.
• Experience with operating cash registers and cooking equipment.
• Ability to open and close doors, storage units, and refrigeration/freezing compartments.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions with team members and guests.
